Join us for an after-hours self-guided candlelight visit at the Mansion!

Come as a guest of the Pittocks and gather some sweet treats as you explore the Mansion on Halloween! Take part in an optional scavenger hunt or other fun craft activities throughout the day.
Costumes encouraged – come dressed as Henry or Georgianna Pittock or in your own creative costume as a character from the Wildwood movie!
Wildwood the Movie
Get ready for the worldwide theatrical release of the much-awaited LAIKA movie, Wildwood, on Oct 23, 2026! Our beloved Portland icon, Pittock Mansion is featured as one of the central locations in the movie.
Did you know that Laika’s Pittock Mansion “set” is traveling the globe and is currently enroute from an exhibition in Annecy, France to London, England for a show at the Design Museum?
Don’t miss seeing the movie in the theatres and visiting the Mansion in your own backyard. Check out the rooms and other spaces featured through the intricate sets in the movie.

SPECIAL TALK: PITTOCK MANSION THEN AND NOW

Location: Cedar Mills Library
In celebration of the upcoming stop-motion film, Wildwood, join us in exploring one of the Wildwood Trail’s most historic landmarks. Meet Pittock Mansion’s CEO, Paula Gangopadhyay, and learn about the Mansion’s history, its unique architecture, the Pittock family, their contemporaries, and untold stories of those who built and worked at the mansion. Paula will also share how the Pittock Mansion Society is working on new community engagement initiatives to connect the landmark to the broader history of Portland and the surrounding region.
Registration is required, and includes a reminder email. There are 50 spots available. This talk will take place at the Cedar Mills Library.
