Program and Photography Policies

CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations prior to one week before the camp will receive a 100% refund.

No refunds for no shows or cancellations within one week before the camp.

Pittock Mansion reserves the right to cancel camps that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirement one week prior to the camp. If a camp is cancelled by the Museum, patrons will receive a full refund.

 

SPECIAL TOURS CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds 48 hours prior to the tour.

Pittock Mansion reserves the right to cancel tours in the event of an emergency, and full refunds will be given.

 

EDUCATION EVENTS CANCELLATION POLICY

DISCOVERY PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask for at least a one week notice of cancellation.

Pittock Mansion reserves the right to cancel programs due to emergency.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

Pittock Mansion staff or contracted photographers may photograph or film visitors to the museum. By entering the premises, you consent to the use of your likeness for educational or promotional purposes by Pittock Mansion, its affiliates and representatives. If you or someone you are with does not want to be photographed, please inform the photographer or a visitor services representative.
