Facility Rental

Each rental is approved or denied on a case-by-case basis.

All commercial photography and film requests are considered a facility rental. Please see our photography policy for more information.

Fees are based on type of request and range from $400 to $1,000 per hour. All photography and filming sessions must take place between the hours of 6am-9am or 5pm-9pm.

All approved commercial photography and filming rentals require:

• Minimum 30 days advance notice
• Proof of $1,000,000 liability coverage insurance
• Signed facility usage agreement
• Walk through prior to session
• Payment of all fees either prior to or day of session

Please note: All photography or film requests for outside the Mansion or on the park grounds requires a permit from Portland Parks & Recreation’s Rental & Permits department.
