Pittock Mansion Society (PMS) holds all online and offline communications with members, donors and patrons in strict confidence. This Privacy Policy describes how PMS collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you make a purchase in person or online through our website. When you visit PMS, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with us, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any Personal Information as information that can uniquely identify an individual including name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.  For reasons of security, credit card information is not stored on our web server, and sensitive information is processed using secure technology.

We use your Personal Information to provide our services to you, which include offering general admission and event tickets for purchase, offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, processing donations and memberships, and keeping you up to date on new events, exhibits, services, and products. When you opt in to our newsletter, purchase tickets, a membership or make a donation, you will periodically receive communications similar but not limited to those mentioned above. To opt out, please notify Pittock Mansion Society and request to be put on the “do not contact” list. We may share your Personal Information with third-party service providers (for example, our merchant services provider) to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, such as providing admission tickets or fulfilling other purchases. We use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers interact with us online. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other third-party sites.

A cookie is a small amount of information that’s downloaded to your computer or device when you visit the Site. Please note that interaction with PMS in person or online is not intended for individuals under the age of 12 years without their parent’s or guardian’s involvement. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information
