Do you know that maintaining Pittock Mansion is a citizen-driven endeavor? Pittock Mansion Society, made up of citizens entrusted with the Pittock’s upkeep and care, is self-governing and self fund-raising. Besides helping to preserve Pittock Mansion, your donations support many wonderful activities, including:
- Our Discovery Tour educational program, offered to all schoolchildren regardless of a school’s ability to pay;
- Free admission for nonprofit groups that serve underprivileged children, adults and families such as White Shield Home and The DePaul Center;
- Seasonal exhibits, which facilitate ongoing, educational opportunities;
- Constant maintenance to ensure the safety and accessibility of the Pittock, expansive gardens and surrounding nature trails.
A gift to the General Fund supports the exhibits and programs that inspire and inform visitors of all ages throughout the year.
For an annual gift of $500 or more, you can become a participant in Henry’s 100. This can be a single donation or a combination of membership and a donation as long as it totals $500 or more annually. In addition to regular membership benefits, Henry’s 100 donors receive free admission passes to share with family and friends, one free admission to either the Behind-the-Scenes Tour or the Immerse Yourself in Architecture Tour, and an invitation to our annual donor appreciation event.
A gift to the Endowment Fund ensures the preservation of Pittock Mansion for the public to enjoy.
